John and Sandy, famously known for the Churston Lodge, a well respected Brixham Bed and Breakfast, decided to retire. Their retirement was short lived; they received literally hundreds of calls from guests asking if they had started a new business. John and Sandy had always offered a very personal service and the Churston Lodge was a huge part of both of their lives. So they decided to open a new Paignton Bed and Breakfast called the Collerton Lodge. As always John and Sandie will make you feel right at home offering a welcoming and personal service. A Message from John and Sandy
At last! So many of you have been trying to contact both Sandie and Myself since we left Churstonway Lodge in Brixham. Many of you managed eventually to find us and have now been to stay with us at our new Paignton Guest House, the Collerton Lodge.

After leaving Brixham, we took time out for a rest. So many people missed us and to be honest we missed our guests, so we decided to find a new bed and breakfast in Paignton. We were so lucky to stumble upon the Collerton Lodge, it’s a wonderful home and we decided it would be the perfect location to start again. When we left Churstonway Lodge we were inundated with enquiries from our previous loyal guests, trying to find us, hoping we had opened a new guest house. This prompted Sandie and myself to have a re-think and we eventually found the perfect property to fully refurbish to our high standard and we are glad to say that we are now fully open. We also have a large self-contained luxury 2 bedroom apartment with its own large patio area. All rooms have luxury styling with all five bedrooms having en-suite facilities complete with flatscreen T.V. with freeview and built-in DVD player. Residents Guest Lounge...
This is available for the evenings. The lounge overlooks three lawned garden areas from our french windows which lead out onto the patio and garden area. Wine glasses are available should you choose to relax in the evening.
